The Role
We're looking for an ambitious and customer-focused Product Manager to help shape the future of Clipboard. This role is at the heart of our business, driving product development to deliver solutions that are loved by customers and impactful for our growth.
As a Product Manager at Clipboard, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the company and with our customers, working closely with engineering, design, and leadership to discover and deliver products that solve real problems.

What You'll Do
- Product Discovery: Conduct customer research, analyse feedback, and run experiments to validate product ideas.
- Drive Alignment: Ensure everyone is on the same page about why a feature or product initiative is being prioritised and built.
- Iterate Quickly: Embrace a fast-paced environment, delivering incremental improvements while keeping the big picture in mind.
- Outcomes-Focused Initiatives: Shape product initiatives that balance customer needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, CS, engineering, and design to align product initiatives with broader business goals.
- Customer Advocacy: Be the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs are central to all decisions.
- Data-Informed Decision-Making: Use data to inform priorities and measure outcomes, balancing analytics with intuition.
- Ownership & Collaboration: Take end-to-end ownership of certain product areas, collaborating closely with our other Product Manager to ensure a cohesive vision across the platform.
What We're Looking For
- Product Management Experience: 3+ years of experience working on SaaS products as a product manager or similar role.
- Strong Discovery & Delivery Skills: Proven understanding of modern product discovery techniques and delivery methods (experience with Shape Up is a plus!).
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to develop solutions to complex problems, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business constraints.
- Dynamic & Resourceful: Able to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment where priorities can shift and things are sometimes undefined.
- Business Acumen: Demonstrated ability to learn and work across functional areas like sales, marketing, and finance.
- Strong Communicator: Adept at explaining the "why" behind decisions and articulating complicated concepts simply.
